Step 1: Introduction & Registration:
We will introduce your company to these refineries with your introductory ICPO in order them to run their due diligence of the potential buyer. Bear in mind that the security check by the refineries is one time only and this make take 2-4 weeks. Once the business starts everything moves on automatically “you and refinery only”.
Step 2: The ICPO must have minimum following information:
ICPO will be addressed to refinery. We will let you know before you prepare the ICPO
It must be yearly contract
The amount of the commodity
Specs
Discharging port and what the storage arrangements is at this charging port
Price section please write “the best possible price” but we want to hear the buyer`s price idea too
which should be mentioned in email.
Please pay attention very much to bank details (full bank name, bank address, responsible banker,
his/her name. direct phone number and his/her email) are important as the refinery will contact your
bank to confirm the buyer`s financial power in order to purchase such commodity.

Step 3: Conclusion:
If your company is accepted by the refinery then you will deal directly with the refinery. You will sign the agreement with refinery and you will pay to the refinery. Refinery will make an offer and will declare the procedure. If you agree the price and procedure then the transaction will move forward.
